    I. Pupils’ Development

    A. Evaluated the nutritional status of Grade 1 pupils.


    B. Conducted remedial classes for Grade 1 pupils.

    II. Teacher’s Development

    A. Attended the seminar entitled, “District Learning Action Cell” for Grade 1 teachers
    in SPED.
    B. Participated in the Division Orientation for PPST, RPMS, and TIP.

    III. Curriculum Development

    A. Accomplished the Daily Lesson Log (DLL).


    B. Distributed reading materials to Grade 1 pupils.
    C. Conducted 2nd Quarter Examination to Grade 1 pupils.

    IV. Physical Facilities Development

    A. Maintained a well-structured classroom conducive to learning.


    B. Helped in beautifying the school grounds and facilities.

    V. Supervisory/Administrative and Other Matters

    A. Assisted the pupils in Flag Raising Ceremony.


    B. Monitored pupils’ daily attendance.
