Key Responsibilities

 Responsible to assist Head HR & Admin in the discharge of his duties.


 Assist development, review, custody and Implementation of policies & procedures related to HR & Admin.
 Prepare and maintain Employee database (Appointment Letter, Contracts, Bonds, etc.)
 Fulfill the HR & Administrative requirements (Company facilities management maintenance, repairs,
housekeeping, security, fire fighting, vendor management, agreements etc.) within framed time lines.
