Date 12:00 P.M – Call time at Dangwa Station Everyone arrived on time

3:00 P.M – Arrived at Sagubo,Kapangan Everyone arrived safe

and packed their things
needed.

3:30-6:50- Arrived at Ampungot,Kapangan Arrived safe at

Ampungot.
7:00- 8:50 P.M – Preparation for Dinner and after
care.

8:50 – 9:30 P.M – Bedtime Prepared Dinner and

wash the dishes.
2nd day:
Everyone slept
4:30 A.M – 6:30 – Preparation for breakfast
Prepared breakfast for
6:30 – 6:45 – Preparation of hygiene kits to be the group
distributed
Fix the hygiene kits to be
6:45 – 7:15 – Aftercare given to the children
7:15- 7:30 – Division of the group into 2 groups Wash the dishes
7:30- 7:45 – Led the Morning exercise at Divided into 2 groups
Ampungot Elementary school with necessary task given
8:00- 10:45 A.M - Health assessment on the One group was assigned
Community folks, Health teaching on oral in Registration, V.S
hygiene and Distriution of Hygiene kits. monitoring, Glucose
testing, Uric acid testing,
Heigh and weight
 10:45 – 11:30 – Urine testing of the students of monitoring. The other
Ampongot group taught students on
hygiene and distributed
11:30- 2:30 P.M Lunch time and after care. the hygiene kits t the
children.
3:00- 7:30 – Arrived at the staffhouse
Everyone ate their lunch
9:30- Bedtime and fix the things used.

3rd day: Everyone arrived safe at

the staff house.
6:00 A.M – Preparation of breakfast
Everyone was tired and
7:45 A.M – Led the morning exercise at Sagubo slept early.
