OFFICE ORDER

Sanction is hereby accorded under Rule 12 (1) (a) of GPF Rules 1960 to the grant of
GPF advance of 10,875/- (Rupees Ten thousand eight hundred seventy five) only to Sh. Dilip
Kumar, Staff Car Driver Gr. I of this office from his Account No. PAO/CWC/ Div-4452 to defray
the expenses on Medical treatment of his wife.

A sum of Rs. 13,125/- (Rupees Thirteen thousand one hundred twenty five only) from the
advance sanctioned to him earlier will be outstanding till the commencement of the recovery of
consolidated amount, specified below. This amount together with the advance now sanctioned
aggregating to Rs. 24,000/- (13,125 +10,875) will be recovered in24 installments @ Rs. 1000/-
PM w.e.f. From the salary of June, 2009

1. The Basic Pay + GP of Sh. Dilip Kumar Staff Car Driver Gr. I is Rs. 11720 +2800 =
14520/- Hence three months Pay Rs. 14520 X3 = 43,560/-
2. The Balance at the Credit of Sh. Dilip Kumar, Staff Car Driver Gr. I as on 31.05.09 is
Rs. 55166/-- Hence half of the credit balance Rs 55,166/2 =27,583/-
3. The advance Rs. 10,875/- neither exceed three months Pay + GP nor half of credit of
GPF as on 31.05.09.
4. The advance is recoverable in 24 equal installments @ Rs. 1000/- PM w.e.f. the
salary of June, 2009

GPF advance of 1,41,000/- (Rupees One Lakh forty one thousand) only to Sh. Dhani Ram
Sharma, Junior Engineer of this office from his Account No. PAO/CWC/ Div-3991 to defray the
expenses on Medical treatment of his wife as a Special Case.

A sum of Rs. 9,000/- (Rupees Nine thousand only) from the advance sanctioned to him
earlier will be outstanding till the commencement of the recovery of consolidated amount,
specified below. This amount together with the advance now sanctioned aggregating to Rs.
1,50,000/- (9,000 +1,41,000) will be recovered in 30 installments @ Rs. 5000/- PM w.e.f. From
