Phase Description

Evaluate Our professional implementation team evaluates the most appropriate

implementation approaches based on the customers’ needs. Customer
requirements are determined and documented through a discovery-led
approach. Key activities involved:

 Scope of Work finalization

Define In this phase, we define the detailed plan, in agreement with customers.
Business Process Mapping is done to describe the processes in a consistent and a
comprehensive way and value is mapped with the solution to deliver the

Generate During the Generate phase, we configure the solution in accordance with the

Our management team brings together experts with strong skills in a wide range of areas, including
technology, financial services, application software development and professional services. All
Nucleus team members share a relentless focus on helping our customers achieve success.

Vishnu R. Dusad – Chief Executive Officer

Vishnu has been associated with the development of the
software industry in India since 1983 as an entrepreneur. He
founded Nucleus Software and serves as the company’s CEO.
He has a deep commitment to making a difference.

His experience encompasses areas of software development,

creation of strategic alliances, business development, and
strategic planning.

Ravi Pratap Singh – Executive Director & President

RP has been part of the team since 1986, and today he leads the
Global Product Management team where he is responsible for
all aspects of product strategy. In 2014, he joined the Board as
an Executive Director.

His entire career has been spent in designing, developing and

delivering best-in-class software solutions for global Banking
and Financial Services leaders.

Pankaj Bhatt – Global Head – Professional Services

Pankaj is responsible for driving the implementation and
support of Nucleus Software products for customers worldwide.
Pankaj brings in over three decades of experience in IT and
telecommunications.

Pankaj has worked in the areas of quality management - process

specification, prediction and total quality management. Pankaj
holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Software Engineering.
Avnish Datt – Global Head – Sales, Strategy & Corporate
Development
Avnish is responsible for global sales as well as for designing and
driving strategy across the organization. Avnish is driven by a
passion to ensure that Nucleus Software becomes a leading
global entity delivering best in class products for its customers.

Before joining Nucleus Software, Avnish worked with global

organizations such as Sprint Corporation, Global One, Equant
and Orange Business Services where he has successfully led
sales strategy, large account management, creating and
launching winning brand strategies, client relationship and
engagement.

Ashish Nanda – Chief Financial Officer

Ashish is a business enabler who manages the accounts,
finance, legal and secretarial functions for the organization. He
is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of
experience in various dimensions of the finance and accounts
department relating to financial planning and analysis,
compliances and risk management, business modeling &
structuring, process design & implementation, taxation and
corporate accounting & financial Reporting.

Himanshu Pande – Vice President – MD Office

Himanshu is part of the Executive Leadership Team at Nucleus
Software where he is responsible for managing the CEO’s office.
He brings more than 13 years of experience in the field of
People Development, conceptualizing and implementing
organizational changes.

Before joining Nucleus Software, Himanshu worked with

Pricewaterhouse Coopers, ECS Ltd and Wipro where he ran
people driven initiatives and talent building strategies.

Pradeep Kapoor – Global Head - Corporate Affairs

Pradeep joined the company in 2009, and today manages
corporate affairs with a focus on compliance in Process
Management and Program Management. With an experience
spanning more than three decades, Pradeep has worked in
various roles in the IT industry.
