My name is Chase Reed, and I am a Computer Science student at California

State University, Fullerton. I saw your advertisement for an internship as an IT
specialist, and am interested in the position. I’ve wanted to work at Bethesda since I
started learning to code, and I would love to use my skills for the company.
I’m a fourth year student at California State University Fullerton, and graduated
high school with honors. I’m in the process of getting my computer science degree, and
passed my school’s Exam in Programming Proficiency. I am capable of coding in
several languages including C++ and Java.
In High School I did volunteer work for the Lakeside Rodeo Grounds near my
campus, which involved me directing cars to parking, and handling money. I have had
an internship at Shield Aviation for a summer, as well as an internship at the US Small
Business Administration. I am also currently employed at my college’s cafeteria.
I have my resume attached, which has more detail on my past experience. I am
well experienced in working in teams, and I have never had an issue working with
