With reference to your submitted Qualification document, we herewith request your Company to give
clarification and submit document upon matter as follow below:
 Please provide statement letter from local village (Kepala Desa) to confirm that Contractor is a local
Bojonegoro Company (perusahaan asli desa setempat). As per Perda Bojonegoro No.23 tahun
2011, Perusahaan local adalah perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik
Indonesia yang lebih dari 50% (lima puluh persen) modalnya dimiliki oleh perseorangan
warga/penduduk Bojonegoro dan memiliki kantor (berdomisili hokum) di wilayah Kabupaten
Bojonegoro.

Fail to provide all the requirements by the mentioned date and time will be subject to disqualification.
Thus, your company will not be able to participate on the next stage of this bid.

Please submit your response with reply in RFx discussion forum “Clarification - PQ Technical PNB”
on SMART Platform by 11.00 hours at the latest on Thursday. December 06, 2018.
