TP Task 1 – Promoting Scientific Thinking

This task is linked to ECE3703; using higher level questions (Bloom’s Taxonomy) to
develop students’ thinking. Teaching students the skills of scientific thinking is
not only for science class, but can be applied to any area of learning.
Explain how Use these levels of questions to challenge students in all
grade levels with various types of questions as defined by
questioning relates to Bloom's Taxonomy. They will be doing higher-level
Bloom’s taxonomy thinking and you will have a more interesting classroom!

and student learning. discussion of the different levels of questioning with
suggested examples to help you form your own higher-
level questions to use in your classroom.
