Observing my colleague was an interesting experiment because I had the opportunity to notice the strong and
the weak points in her lesson. However, when I told her my comments of her lesson, she was acceptable. She
was writing down my notes, she can improve herself later. I really enjoyed when I observed her, and I was
fully focus with her lesson to be fair and give her the right comments.

Provided a video at the beginning of the lesson engaged the students and payed their attention.
Using the dojo points was aa good strategy to control student’s behavior in the class and ensure they follow
the rules.

Asking the students to write down their result of the experiment was very good strategy as she will
demonstrate their process and check their understanding.
