sculpt the landforms (beach) by doing the video.
experiment (the sand experiment).

Observed Strengths: Suggestions for further development:

• The video was engaged, and the students
were full pay attentions to it
• Asking the students to write their questions
for the experiment was very good because
the teacher can recognize how far the
students understand what they will do.
• Good use of questions as it goes from lower
to higher.
• Next time let the students do the experiment
in pairs, so they can focus more.
• Read the instruction paper with the students
instead of just giving them.
• Give the students a limit time for the
experiment, so they will focus on the task
and finish it on time.

Observing my colleague was an interesting experiment because I had the opportunity to notice the strong and
the weak points in her lesson. However, when I told her my comments of her lesson, she was acceptable. She
was writing down my notes, she can improve herself later. I really enjoyed when I observed her, and I was
fully focus with her lesson to be fair and give her the right comments.

Using the dojo points was aa good strategy to control student’s behavior in the class and ensure they follow
the rules.

Asking the students to write down their result of the experiment was very good strategy as she will
