Dear Vice Mayor Go:

We would like to request for a certified copy of the results of the investigation conducted by the Sangguniang
Bayan (SB), this Municipality, in connection with the alleged robbery incident sometime last year right inside
the Labason Municipal Treasurer’s Office resulting to the loss of public funds amounting to Eight Hundred
Thousand Pesos (₱ 800,000.00) more or less. And please include certified copies of any other actions or
recommendations made by the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) in connection to above cited incident.

We are constrained to make this request in view of the reports we received that the Labason Municipal
Treasurer’s Office has been irresponsibly left open last night, time beyond regular office hours, under the
same circumstances as the previous incidents and that loss of money or property might have occurred with
the same shallow alibi as…“ Nakalimtan Ra”.

A reliable and impeccable informant has informed us that the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) has made
recommendations to Labason Mayor Eddie T. Quimbo to immediately file appropriate Criminal and
Administrative Charges against irresponsible accountable employees and officers but, unfortunately , to this
date, the Honorable Mayor has not acted on the recommendations of the SB, deliberately, or that he has
maliciously refused to take action on it for no valid or legal reasons, to the prejudice of public service and
public accountability.

Thus, encouraged by the inaction of the Mayor, the incident has recurred last night. This inaction of the
Mayor is definitely a CRIME punishable under existing laws for DERELICTION OF DUTY which we will be
filing in proper venue the soonest against him to protect public interest.

Your positive action of providing us with the requested documents will hasten the filing of the cases against
the Mayor and all those responsible for this crime.

Hoping for your prompt action in this matter in the interest of public service.
