Greetings!

Pursuant to the Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2016-01, prescribing the Revised
Standards in Processing Business Permits and Licenses in all Cities and Municipalities
signed on 30 August 2016 by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG),
Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Department of Information and
Communications Technology (DICT), the DICT is mandated to provide training programs
on the planning and implementation of a computerized business permits and licensing
system (BPLS)and an application software to qualified local government units (LGUs).

In this regard, the DICT will be conducting an EBPLS Benchmarking and Orientation
for LGUs on October 29 to 31, 2018 at Municipality of Baler, Aurora Province.

We respectfully invite the personnel who attended the user’s training and data build up.
FOUR (4) free slots are allotted per LGU, comprising of the following representatives:
Business Permits and Licensing Officer (BPLO); 2 personnel from Management
Information System (MIS) or IT Office; and Municipal Treasurer. Meals and
transportation will be provided. Please confirm attendance on or before October 26, 2018
for booking arrangements.
