INTRODUCTION

BODY
1. The group 2 documentary shows the Symbolic Interactionism Theory; where the two person was
got mistaken of what their thinking about their crazy and funny classmates.     
2. Second is the Coordinated Management of Meaning; wherein it shows the issue of LGBT
community that has separation of comfort room.     
3. The third theory was the Cognitive Dissonance Theory; that one student is late for the examination
and he did not review for it, he decided to cheat to his classmates even it is not right.     
4. The fourth theory was the Expectancy Violation Theory; wherein the girl has a crush on their
school campus and she saw it, but she is very disappointed what she discovered on her crush     
because her crush is a gay.

5. The last theory is the Uncertainty Reduction Theory; that where the two girls are not comfortable
to the man that their always seeing in their school campus that is very quiet person and not     
socializing others.

2. The communication skill for the verbal communication how they present probably is not
understandable because of weak voice, their conversation was unheard or muted, it’s because the     
background music are louder than their conversation.

3. Their nonverbal communication skill was good way they wave their hands, facial expression and
sliding of texts.     

4. The video documentary shows in entertaining way by inserting those video that people are
clapping their hands, shouting and emojis that documentary becomes funny and entertaining.     

5. They put a text to become the video understandable, but not all text is readable because the
colours of the text are the same with the colour of the background.     

6. They present the video documentary of five theory of communication good way, and can give
information to the viewer.     
