Oscillators, Multivibrators or Astable Circuits - Part III.

.: Controlled Oscillators

It is simply about controlling the moment when they must oscillate. Let's see ..., we
have two options, which are controlled by a high level or by a low level.

If you take into account that the oscillators seen so far can only oscillate by changing
the state of their inputs alternately, what we will do is force that state into a permanent
state, as I said before either 1 or 0.

Let's go to the first example; we will do it using a diode at the entrance of the first
inverter, like this ...

I think it is clear, if the control terminal is at level 0 the circuit will oscillate, if it is at
level 1 it will stop doing it.

The same happens with the other gates, observes this with a NOR gate, one of its
entrances is part of the oscillator and the other one acts as Control.

If you want to do it with NAND gates, it is the same as the previous one, only this time
a "1" in the Control input enables the oscillator and a "0" disables it.

You must be tired of so many oscillators, but the temptation kills me, the issue is that
once I wanted to control the speed of a DC motor and my only solution was to decrease
the voltage the bad thing is that it also decreased the motor torque (force of turn). Until
... one day I knew I could control it with an astable circuit by regulating the output
pulse width, like ...? , well in the next lesson I tell you ..., today I'm exhausted ...
