2. Sales agents will present list of available books and give their contact number to various schools
of their handled area.
3. Client school will contact the sales agent to order books
4. Sales agent will file PO
5. Client school will verify their ordered books (paano iveverify?)

7. Sales agent will sent PO to Customer service specialist within 7 days
8. If Customer Service specialist receive PO within 7 days? (yes proceed next step, no (?)
9. Customer service specialist receive and stamp the PO
10. Customer service specialist shall send the stamped PO form to the encoder within 24 hours.
11. Encoder receives stamped PO
12. If encoder received stamped PO within 24 hrs? (yes proceed next step, no (?)
13. Encoder will input the sales quantity to the system

Process Purpose: The purpose of the sales process is to improve DIWA Learning Systems Inc.’s
sales agents, their managers and business ability to effectively and efficiently
conduct their sale transactions to their valued clients by having proficient
internal controls.

Process Scope: The sales process deals with the sales transactions occurring within DIWA
