hereby CEDES,TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS BY WAY OF EXCHANGE, the motor vehicle covered
by a Registration Certificate of Motor Vehicle No. _______ including all the improvements thereon
in favor of the SECOND PARTY and in the same manner, the SECOND PARTY, CEDES,
