The difference between other event planning business to CUT&CREATE is its be ing affordable and

accessible to each and everyone who seek to have a successful and great event that they’re

aiming. This event planning business was build because we want to continue the previous arts

and crafts business which is the Paper Work Pay Per Work a former small business that

CUT&CREATE was inspired and this Paper Work Pay Per Work business was owned by Samanta

Cadiente that is also part of CUT&CREATE Create and by that, we can have same costumers, also

this is quietly known by few people

The fast pace of the world we live in leaves little time for extra things we would like to do, like

plan events, parties, and social get-togethers. CUT&CREATE fills the need by being available to take

on the burden of planning so that people can spend time on more important things, like family

and friends. The demand for this service can only increase considering the rise in incomes,

population, and need for interpersonal relations in the workplace.

III. Business Description (Business Model)

Everyone around Quezon city can contact CUT & CREATE through email and via private

message in our Facebook Page. We can response to inquiries from 7am until 12 am from

Mondays to Saturdays. Clients choice and taste of design are our priority yet we can still give

suggestions and ideas from them.Upon planning about the event, CUT & CREATE can lend a

one day meet up between the team and the client in order to have proper and organized project

Our packages are only for a one or two classroom size venue and the scope of our decoration

services are the center pieces, wall and hanging decorations the stage set up. If there any

additional suggestions of the client he/she will just give additional payment so we can provide

there suggested ideas.

For the preparation Cut and Create needs 5-7 days and during the actual day 2-3 hours before

the events starts for the arrangement. And also we can provide an emcee for program if they

want to. However, venues ,Sound System and foods are not offered.

Target Market

Our target markets are middle to upper-middle class families, couples, individuals, or private and

public organizations. We chose these groups because they are most able to afford event planners,

and have the least amount of time to spare for event planning in general. Families demand

attention, employees are overburdened, and overwhelming detail needed to plan large events are

too large a constraint to place on people not trained in the area of event planning.

The Cut & Create is designed to offer attainable and accessible services for those who
belong in low and middle class people to give them a memorable event of their life that they
want to. Distribution sales are dependent on repeat business; therefore the sales strategy for Cut
& Create is based on personal, consistent sales contact, with a high emphasis on customer
service and relations. Because we are a new events planning organizer, we understand that we
will have to prove our worth to our customers in order to earn expectation about our business.
The staff of Cut & Create will make personal calls and face-to-face communication on potential
customers to review our products and services. Also, Cut & Create has a Facebook page to
promote our products and services to a larger number of people.

The Cut & Create will begin operations after the said agreement between the buyer and
seller. Preparations will be scheduled a week before the event.
