Objective
To obtain a position in Musical Education, specifically in the form of a band director utilizing
skills in music and its structure, along with the interest of helping students learn how to not only
play their instruments but make music with them.

Private Lessons – Teach private trombone lessons to beginning and intermediate students.

University Band Conductor – Wrote lesson plans and lead rehearsals in front of a ensemble of
peers playing secondary instruments.

Marching Band Technician – Assisted high school marching bands by leading sectionals and
providing music and marching feedback.

Peer Teaching – Utilizing learned pedagogy, developed and taught brief lessons to peers.

K-State Band Office, Work Study – Various office activities: copying/organizing music,
preparing/sending mail. (During Schoolyear: 2015 – present)
