Overall aim and context of the lesson

What are the natural actions and the human actions that cause
changes in ecosystem?

Choose two aspects from the competency areas to evaluate and

discuss (one paragraph each) according to following

Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to
analyze why you think it worked well and what hints you would share
with other teachers about the successful strategy/
resource/activity/management style etc.

The activity. Because the student like it so much also my MCT, I take time to
design it and its shows a strong desire in learning.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires

attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what
action you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

Some students disturbed the class. And I kept saying stop talking, stop
talking. I did not take any action. I think I have to punish the students who
disturbed me while teaching because as he disturbed me he also disturbed his
friends who wants really to learn.

Personal focus for next lesson:

Punish student who disturbed me.
