Making an XLR to Coaxial Connector Converter

Several of the Z-Systems Audio Engineering products have only a BNC connector for
input and output due to space limitations. These products, namely the z-link and the z-
link+ are capable of supplying AES/EBU signal levels but in order to be interconnected
with other AES/EBU gear, need to have a connector conversion. Figure 1 shows the
pin-out for this converter. For instructions on how to change the actual signal levels
coming out of the units please refer to Application Note L-002.
