Areas for development:

 I put (M) for your professionalism growth no based on your lesson or my

observation. It is based on what your MST informed me. You do not follow her
instructions, your time management is not great, your attendance is not perfect,
you come late sometimes. In some late days you do not come prepared to teach.
Last night she sent you several resources for today’s lesson, but you have not used
any. We met after your class, and I discussed this with you. It seems that you have
a strong case to be justified. I advise you to write it as a reflection to be submitted
to your professor. I will be happy to discuss it with Ms La Tonya if needed.
