Strengths of the lesson:

 Clear start. Objectives have been discussed.


 Technology is used.
 You prepared very intensive and productive activity. Thanks. Students really engaged in it.
 MST said that you are a good communicator and responsive.

Areas for development:


1. Students were eager to participate, you tried to control the class and keep it quiet. You
did not consider their willingness in participation. You should give them time to
participate.
2. No clear instructions for the activity.
3. You did not steer or gear the class dynamic.
4. You did not distribute your time fairly among other tables.
5. At the end of the class, you did not give clear instructions to wrap up and clean the tables.
Then MST got involved and instructed students to collect all glues, put scissors back, clean
the tables, wash your hand, and leave the project in the center of table. Then students
listened to her.
6. Students made a mess in the classroom they washed hands and made the floor wet. They
are supposed to wash their hands in the bathroom.
7. At the end, you asked: did you enjoy the lesson today? Students responded Yes. Did you
learn anything today? Students: YES. You did not ask what they learned.
8. The language barrier did not help with steering the class dynamic.
