BLINKERS
(FLIPFLOPS)
JEOFREY. A CORTES
ROB TAPERE
BIT – 1A – DAY
OVERVIEW
The purpose of this project is to make the Blinker/Flipflop work. And by using
different components it will work, such as 2x3 PCB, 47kΩ ohm resistor, 470Ω ohm
resistor, 2N4401 transistor, 22 uf/16v capacitor, 9VDC battery, and other components
that are usable for the project, and to make your project work, put all the components to
its assigned place, but you need to be careful in putting all the components, because
some of the components are polarized, just like the LED, it has positive and negative
charged, and you cannot interchange it. This project is in compliance in Computer
Electronics, Computer Technology III. At Cebu Technological University.
STEP BY STEP
Step 1 Cut the PCB into its required size, and 2x3.
Step 3 after the lay out, cut the tape according to the layout in your PCB.
Step 4 Prepare the ferric chloride, and then soak your PCB to melt the remaining
copper.
Step 6 after melting the copper, put it in the water, and take of the remaining masking
tape.
Step 8 after that, use a portable hand drill to make a small hole on the assigned place.
Step 11 you need to put the components carefully, because some of it has polarity.
Step 12 and after. Put all the components, then test it, and if it will blink, then it is perfect.
