EMPANELMENT OF ARCHITECTS CONSULTANCY FIRMS FOR STATE BANK OF INDIA, DELHI CIRCLE IN THE CATEGORY

OF 1.0 CRORE AND 5.0 CRORE

State Bank of India invites application for the empanelment of Architectural Consultancy firms for its various projects in the circle comprising of
civil/electrical/air-conditioning and furnishing works of the Bank's premises/branches.

The empanelment criteria, scope of the services to be offered, terms and conditions of the selection and details of the performance etc for the
submission of the application form for the purpose can be obtained and downloaded from our website www.sbi.co.in under procurement news.

The last date for submission of completed application form in the prescribed format enclosed herewith at this office will be 16.05.2016.

The Architects already on our Bank’s panel need to apply fresh.

PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA

1. The Architect/consultants, who are already working with the Bank, PSU or Govt. deptt.

2. Persons who have graduate/post graduate diploma in architecture from India or abroad and have done substantial amount of work as Architect for a period more than 3 years.

3. Applicants need to be member of the Indian Institute of Architects/Institution of Engineers of consultancy or any other professionally recognized institution by the government.

4. Member of the council of the architecture or any other recognized institute by the government.

(a) For projects costing upto Rs.5.0 crores with supervision:

B Jobs costing above Rs.20 lacs but below Rs.100 lacs 4% subject to the minimum of Rs.1.0 lacs

C Jobs costing above Rs.100 lacs but below Rs.200 lacs 3% subject to the minimum of Rs.4.0 lacs

D Jobs costing above Rs.200 lacs but below Rs.300 lacs 2.5% subject to the minimum of Rs.6.0 lacs

E Jobs costing above Rs.300 lacs but below Rs.500 lacs 2% subject to the minimum of Rs.7.5 lac
