Climate-Change Policy: Definition,
Target and Objective
• Policy responses to climate threats are inevitably a
product of such reasoning, weather conciously and
systematicaly or by some haphazard process of trial
and error
• Policies are constructed not only from tentative
agreement about what fact are but also from even more
tentative agreement about what the fact mean
• Position on climate policy refflect political needs
assessments that influences the funding and
intepretation of scientific needs assessment.
