YORK® Predator® units are convertible single packages with a common footprint cabinet
Models. All 6-1/2 through 10 ton units have two compressors with independent refrigeration
circuits to provide 2 stages of cooling. These units are designed for light commercial
applications and can be easily installed on a roof curb, slab, or frame.

▪ Belt-drive blower motors in all models can supply
nominal airflow at a minimum of 1.5” ESP.
▪ Flexible Installation-Convertible back and bottom duct
openings. Advanced Simplicity® Controls
▪ System Protection with Freezestat, Hi and Low pressure
switches. The Simplicity® Control System is part of each Predator®
models. It monitors the entire HVAC system continuously. All
alarm and diagnostic data can be set up and transmitted di-
rectly to an onsite PC. Or, can monitor the system over the
Internet. Simplicity® control boards have following features
as standard;
• Single-button programming.
• Five-minute anti-short cycle delay.
• Low Ambient control.
• Programmable fan on and off delays.
• Alarm recall, even after power failures.
• Three-minute minimum compressor run time.
• Built-in low-voltage protection.
