I was worked as DCS Supervisor in SOUTH PARS OIL &GAS PROJECT (Under the client of National
Iran oil and gas) Phase 9 & 10 at IRAN for 7 months
Worked as a Sr.Supervisor (Production) in Ethylene Dichloride Unit in Plant-III India., and controlling
the entire plant through DCS (FOXBORO)System. (M/S.Chemplast sanmar ltd).
1. South pars Oil & Gas field development Project, phase 9 & 10 -IRAN
Phases Designed to Process 2000MMSCFD of Multiphase fluid to produce 100000 BPD of condensate,
Sales gas (METHANE) production of 1800MMSCFD, 1700 TPD of purified ETHANE for petrochemical
complex, 1800 TPD of PROPANE and 1100 TPD of BUTANE and SULPHUR RECOVERY PLANT.

Sales gas (METHANE) production of 1800MMSCFD, 1700 TPD of purified ETHANE for petrochemical
complex, 1800 TPD of PROPANE and 1100 TPD of BUTANE and SULPHUR RECOVERY PLANT.
In Gas treatment process sour gas treated after removal of condensate, it is being contact with Methyl
diethanol amine to strip out the Hydrogen Sulphide gas.
The required specification is 3 ppm of H2s.
After the removal H2s and CO2 the gas is dehydrated to 1ppm of moisture by passing through gas to
Molecular sieves. The gas is then further contact to Mercury adsorption bed to bring the mercury
specification of 10 mg/nm3. The gas is then further admitted to cold box unit by exchanging the heat
with several incoming streams, to bring methane column gas feed temp to -90 degree centigrade for
the separation of Methane gas. From the bottom of the column the product transferred to Ethane
recovery unit for the separation of ethane by means of propane as refrigeration.
Similarly propane and butanes are separated in NGL fractionation Unit. And sent to treatment units.
1. Valve trays column for Amine absorption and capacity 400.5 m3. op.pressure = 64.9 barg
2. Fuel gas absorber, Flash gas 14 barg
3. HIPPS (High integrity pressure protection system) as an alternate to conventional pressure
Protection system.
4. Knowledge in ESDV, SDV, On/OFF VALVES.
5. COLD BOX. Brazed Aluminum plate Fin type
6. Refrigerant Compressor &Feed gas expander.
7. Reciprocating KOBE STEEL LTD off-gas compressor
8. Amine HP pumps ,Centrifugal, Pompe Gabbioneta
9. Reflux pumps ,centrifugal KSB
10. Desalter Feed pump, Centrifugal,Pompe Gabbioneta
EXCHANGERS:
1 .COLD BOX (Kobel co), Fin fan coolers Induced Draft,
Shell and tube type heat exchangers, Plate type heat exchangers,
Responsibilities:
a. Continuous monitoring of process operation parameters pressure , temp , flows. Through CENTUM-
3000 YOGOKAWA SYSTEM.
b. Good operation knowledge in smooth start-up and shut down activities.
c. Thorough understanding of ESD level systems and trip logics.
ESDV, SDV, HIPPs XV VALVES, SOLENOID VALVES.
d. To maintain records and log books for important panel readings for future reference and knowledge
trend analysis.
e. Knowledge in PSV’S, Thermal relief valve, flares system, work permits
