Introduction
“The Key of student success is form power of parent involvement”. The family is the most
impact on a child’s development. I’m doing a research journal article about family influence on
the student, this is my course EDU 3703. The article I chose is the impact of parental
involvement in early childhood education on children’s socialization. Which about how family
influence children achievement. This article was written by Andriano Gitile Okunyua. The article
was concentrate on how parent involvement effect in early childhood education and how can the
parent be part of children education. It implemented in Tigania North Division. Purpose of the
study was to establish the influence of parental involvement in early childhood education on the
socialization of preschool student. The goal of the study was to establish the influence of
children, and establish the effect of parents’ volunteering in early childhood education on the
school. The researcher has been done include both parent, and children pre-school. Furthermore,
Parents' and the community are the first influence on education socialization of student, and it
proved that parent participation in student education effect positive in children behavior and

Methodology
The researcher divided into the following: Research design, target population, sample size,
sampling procedures, research instruments, and data collection, data analysis technique.
The research used Ex-post design for this study. The study targeted all parents that have children
in pre-school from 40 schools in Tigania north division. The study targeted 120 parents and 40
teachers and 60 pre-school students. The researcher and the teachers identified the school which
parent non-involvement in childhood education and school which parent involvement in pre-
school. The researcher collects information from randomly sampled. And then make an interview
with parents, and give them questionnaires, the interview was administered on the weekend
which means parents free time. The information of researcher collected from interview and
survey. Study permit was sought from the Ministry of Higher Education. After that data collected
was analyzed and explanations by using the percentages for clarity. The research seeks to

in the school while 88% of the parents were involved in school. The information shows that the
children received a lot from their parents which influence in children performance. On the other

of parents attended sports day, open days. While 75% of parents pay school fees, 74% attended
the class meeting, 62% are involved in discipline issues. And 94% of parents sensitized from
school stuff. 86% of Parents was work in workshops by the school. We find that the school

parent prepares to take responsibility to volunteer and to be part of education and taker care of
