Goal 3: Managing time

At the first days when I was planning for lessons I didn’t manage the time well because I still did not get used to the child ren
needs, I needed to think more of how to manage the duration for each activity. The Ministry of Education set a new rule, that the
English teacher enter every day the class but she teach from 30 -40 minutes per day. So planning is now harder because you need
to finish your lesson with the activities only in a short time, so everything must be planned well, the time is divided well and
prefer to have an extra time for the activities so you can manage the child learning and see how far he understand, for examp le I
always have 1 to 2 groups per day to do the focus group activity, so when the child finish the activity I give him another activity
and if I saw that he is learning and knows the answers I must challenge him by making the activity more harder so he learn
more. And as soon as a child finish I call another child to do the activity.
