Someone put the badge on my desk very early this morning that I received for attending the
2011 Annual Meetings:

Where they found this badge, and who they were, and why they did this are a matter of
conjecture. I found the badge in the same place on my desk where I found H.E. Goodall
Gondwe's business card. I mentioned in last week's DCTV program my telephone call with
H.E. Goodall Gondwe after finding his business card:
For example, last week someone from the coalition put the business card for Malawi's
Minister of Finance, H.E. Goodall Gondwe, on my desk. I met with H.E. Goodall
Gondwe in Lima Peru on October 8, 2015, but I no longer had the business card which
H.E. Gondwe gave to me in 2015. My file containing business cards was stolen from my
home office a couple of years ago.

access their monetary gold reserves held by the Global Debt Facility.
We have all been aware for some time that things are happening that are out of the
ordinary.
There have been many comments on the last two videos that I uploaded on YouTube.
YouTube is attempting to censor the videos by lowering the sound. This backfires, as it
reinforces the message that the Banking Cartel has something to hide. After YouTube broke

Banking Cartel has stolen the title to our property

In the old days before FDR ran this greatest of scams all the records of deeds and
property used to be filed in every state in what was known as The Great Register. It
was during the Roosevelt years that the Great Registers started to disappear from the
keeping places in the State. Under the "Emergency" and the bankruptcy, the land of
property holding citizens was claimed as collateral. All the Deeds and Titles were

taken. Nowadays you either get a Certificate of Deed, Warranty deed, or Deed in Trust
document when you get your property paid off. This is because you don't have true
title to your land or your home. The government holds all your property in trust
because you have been deemed "incompetent" under their law to manage your own
affairs.
When you buy a new car the MSO, which is technically the Bill of Sale from the
manufacturer, is sent to the State and the State issues you a Certificate of Title. The
Certificate serves the same purpose for your cars as it does for your real estate. People,
you own nothing of major value that you think you do. Even you and your labor are
nothing but collateral to the bogus bankruptcy. When did you stop being "personnel"
and become a "human resource?" Folks, you don't even own the skin you live in! You
are economic slaves, in the absolute truest sense of the word, to the Federal reserve
and the International Bankers, and Metro

Debt Facility. Many of the companies on the stock markets are going to be replaced
gradually by other businesses whose technologies were suppressed. There are going to
be rules for exchanging fiat currencies held by persons who do not live in the country
of origin, and these rules are going to limit speculation and "ill-gotten wealth". The
Global Currency Reset will require for these rules to be introduced gradually. The
rules will be reformulated as the corruption in the world's money is reduced.

The gold in the Global Debt Facility is going to be introduced

gradually as the fiat currencies are retired. The size of the countries' economies will be
taken into account in setting limits on M1 (the money stock) that is going to be minted.
Care will be taken in the Global Currency Reset to prevent disequilibrium. The local
currencies are going to play a vital role in generating employment and providing
input from the grassroots. I'm not certain what role the Comex or Shanghai Gold
Exchange or other gold bullion markets are going to play. Actually, it is going to make
a difference as people realize that a critical mass, including the world's military
powers, are working together to defeat the Banking Cartel.

helpful in spreading the word, seeing as mainstream and most "alternative" media can't

We are learning where the corruption is in the world's monetary

system as we see where difficulties arise in introducing the Global Currency Reset. For
example, the existence of scalar weaponry is slowing the dissemination of information.
So is the concentration in ownership of the media. This diagnostic, learning process is
important and should not be short-circuited.

possible chagrin) their own gold reserves to bolster their currencies/stock price if they
don't accept the gold for their respective nations?

There will be a lot of pressure on the countries to accept their

monetary gold when other countries have accepted their monetary gold. A couple of
countries have already agreed to negotiate their monetary agreements to accept their
gold.

I think that's about it for now. many newbies are hearing the news of the gcr and gdf
within the same range of confusion; starting with outright disbelief and denial, to
realization that the info corresponds to other information they have read and heard, and
because of their personal initiative have a strong interest in knowing more about you
and the work you and everyone is doing to safeguard the survival of our species and

Just three days ago I informed the Board of the Major Cities Chiefs Association about
the terrible corruption that is about to bring our nation and the rest of the world into
another Dark Ages. I made certain that Mayor Muriel Bowser was aware that US'
allies in the coalition for the rule of law on the Board of Governors of the World Bank
and IMF, (DC's largest employer), and the County Executives of America, are ending
this corruption on behalf of the United States by accepting our monetary gold
reserves from the Global Debt Facility.

The Network of Global Corporate Control reported by Vitali, Glattfelder,

and Battiston of ETH Zurich

receivership in the Global Debt Facility. This means that all of the salaries of the
government authorities are being financed from the Global Debt Facility.

Naturally I was surprised when Detective Jeff Clay informed me that he was
removing me from a meeting this morning with the Major Chiefs of Police
Association. This incident took place at the Newseum; ostensibly owned by the
Network of Global Corporate Control, all the while trying to create an illusion that
there is such a thing as freedom of the press when the press is controlled and
censored. Mr. Nathaniel Tucker, who acted for his principals, could not comprehend
that the Global Debt Facility has placed the Network of Global Corporate Control in

receivership. The Network of Global Corporate Control finds the Newseum a

Chiefs Association, Chief J. Thomas Manger. When I asked Detective Jeff Clay to
confirm from Chief Cathy Lanier that he was authorized to remove me from the
meeting, Detective Clay said that he did not need to do so, because he was operating
under instructions from Chief Cathy Lanier. If Detective Jeff Clay was not
impersonating the DC police (he did not give me his badge number), Chief Cathy
Lanier is corrupt, and I expect Mayor Muriel Bowser to put an end to this
corruption.

It is naturally disappointing to have the same corruption time and again, through
complicit, illegal behavior on the part of the DC police, preventing the world from
getting on with the Global Currency Reset. This is after numerous communications
with the Chief Counsel of the DC Council, with the DC Council, with the Board of
Ethics and Government Accountability, with DC's Treasurer, and the office of Mayor
Muriel Bowser that the District of Columbia is losing its biggest employer, and is

Karen I work security and you should know that this security company has absolutely no care
of who you are or what you do they just follow post orders. That is they do not make any
decisions on their own they just do what the owners of the property desire.

If the owners of a private property don't want you on their property they have the legal right
to have you evicted and that is all there is to that. The board that you head have to demand
you remittance or they will make such a ruckus that it wont be worth the effort to keep you
off the property. Allied Barton is just a tool to force compliance to a private business

I finally made it back to Vancouver after years outside and would like to start promoting the idea of
Canada accepting the Global Debt Facility gold to continue the process to dismantle the Fractional
Reserve fraud. But to do that it would be easier if there was a website explaining in detail what it is,
so I can send all sorts of people, from regulars to city administrators etc. to see what I'm talking
about.

My question is there already one set up?

If there isn't may be I can help in setting one up, but I would need help in getting it all right with the
information, and proper details so that it is very convincing and credible.

I want to mention Canada is actually in a better position than USA because its central bank is
actually owned by the people of Canada since it was nationalized by Prime Minister McKenzie King
in 1938, and it produced the Canadian Dollar Interest-Free until 1974 when out of the blue, the
government started to borrow from regular banks the money supply!!!

There's a Canadian group called COMER who is suing the Canadian Central Bank to force it to come
back to produce the money supply interest-free again, but even after twice the courts have sided
with the people suing the bank, the Canadian corporate media has not published it at all.

So now that I'm back, I will work as hard as I can in pushing this project to end the fraud. I need to
get a surgery to replace my knee from a freeway accident July last year. I could have been set up

knowledge reaching my countrymen is already proving useful in their lives.

I therefore would like to encourage you to remain strong and vigilant. Knowing that
your work and efforts are not in vain but are changing lives, not only in the so called
1st world, but in 3rd as well. I hold no claim to being an expert or educated on these
subjects. However I tirelessly continue to study, learn and investigate these things.
Not for me, but for my countrymen, and the good of all humanity.

May the good Lord bless you, and keep you safe. May He grant you His mercies,
wisdom and intelligence to discern and understand more the tide of troubles coming
upon us. Most importantly I pray that when all has been said and done, you too may
be saved into His Kingdom.
