-Learn the in’s and outs of the market
-move up in markets

-Definitely move up in markets, preferably to a top 25
-Anchor and report (preferably anchor)
-Get my name known throughout news
-Vlog my travels for interest in traveling show

2021 → 2022
-Begin planning for my own segment with vlogs (similar to Hota Kobt and Kathy Lee)
-Pitch story ideas for my traveling show
-Evolve the market as far as what is considered ‘professional’
-Continue anchoring in top 25

2022 → 2023
-Be an anchor in top 10 market
-Begin my sponsored traveling show
