LJ Hooker is a real estate company from Australia, which started its operation in 1928,
and since its origin it has been one of the famous brand in its category. LJ Hooker had 700
offices mostly in Australian and New Zealand. It wanted to expand its operation and serve
both domestic and international customers. They have started their operation in many
countries but the Chinese establishment stands out from the rest. Since the founder, Leslie
Joseph Hooker, is half Chinese himself. There were estimations of huge volume of Chinese
buyers overtaking the Australian lands. To draw in these Chinese purchasers LJ Hookers
