Planning Your Creativity or Activity Experience

Use the following questions as preparation for your engagement in your desired CAS experience.

Part A – Investigating for Creativity OR Activity

1. What creative/action pursuit do you wish to undertake?

Football training (Activity strand)

2. Why have you chosen this experience?

I have been practicing for almost 3 months and I want to enhance my shooting
and accuracy skills as a center forward.

3. How does this CAS experience address the strand of Creativity/Activity?

It addresses the activity strand as it contributes to the physical exertion to a

healthy lifestyle.

4. How is it going to lead to personal growth (ATL skills and indicators developed)?

Social skills: Collaboration with my team to acquire a certain skill or to win a

game.

5. What are the learner profile attributes developed as a result of your participation?

Balanced and Communicator.

A high accuracy shot with a target and a confident central forward.

My coach- Jilan.

Part B – Risk Assessment

1. What safety issues/risks might you be exposed to as a part of your experience? Consider
the likelihood of risks occurring.

I might twist a leg or etch a knee. Furthermore, I currently suffer from a calcium
deficiency that impacts the strength of my leg, so uncontrolled pressure could
trigger intense pain.

2. Outline what steps could be taken to prevent risks?

1. Don't harshly attack a player

2. Wear shin guards.
3. Constantly take my dietary supplement.

3. What action would be taken if risks did eventuate? Who are you going to call? Are there
other emergency steps?

I’d call my parents and immediately go to the hospital for x-ray.

Part C – Preparing for your CAS Experience

1. What steps will you first need to take to get involved in your experience?

1. Set clear goals to be achieved by the end of the experience.

2. Introduce my coach to CAS

2. What resources (Human/Financial) will you need?

I will need to pay my monthly practice fees.

3. What timeline would you suggest?

Trainings Day: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Duration per practice: 1h and 30 mins.

Goal achievement indication: How many goals did i score throughout the month with
such skill?

4. What specific skills or knowledge will you need to carry out your experience, and how
will you get them?

1. I’ll need to watch various youtube videos for shooting accuracy

2. I’ll need to take an additional day for practicing my skills aside my training.
