WHEREAS the Employer has offered appointment to the Principal Obliger as a Aircraft
Technician, vide letter of AIESL bearing reference No. ---------------------------------------dated ------------- and the
Principal Obliger has accepted such appointment on the terms and conditions set out therein, which constitutes
an agreement between them;
That in consideration of the appointment of the Principal Obliger as Aircraft Technician and the
agreement on the part of the Employer to impart training at their own cost and expenses to the Principal Obliger
on the terms and conditions set out in the letter of appointment dated ---------------- which is to be read as part of
this Indemnity Bond, the Principal Obliger and the Surety are jointly and severally hereby firmly bound to
reimburse the Employer by way of liquidated damages at the rate of Rs.3.00,000/- (Rupees Three Lac) for the
training being imparted by the Employer in the event:
AND it is always understood and hereby agreed that in the event of any default on the
part of the Principal Obliger or the Surety in the matter of payment of the aforesaid sum/ sums to the
Employer upon demand, the Principal Obliger and Surety jointly and severally, shall be liable to pay
interest to the Employer @ 6% per annum until the said sums are realised by the Employer from the
Principal Obliger and the Surety shall be further liable for all the legal costs and stamp duty, expense,
etc. that may be incurred by the Employer in the realisation of the said sum or sums from the Principal
Obliger and/ or the Surety;
AND the condition of this Bond is that in the event of completion of training of one year
and completion of service of 2 years after the completion of such training by the Principal Obliger with
the AIESL, this Indemnity Bond shall have no legal effect and save and except that this Indemnity Bond
shall always remain in full force and be binding upon between the Principal Obliger, the Surety and
Employer so long as the rights of the Employer are not fully satisfied under and by virtue of this
Indemnity Bond.
