    The memorandum from the commander of the Barbosa Police Community Precinct informs the acting chief of the DLD that a mobile car (Mobile 150) that was in need of repairs has been fixed. It was brought to Toyota for repairs and is now in good running condition. The commander instructed his personnel to properly maintain and care for the mobile car and check its status regularly.     Re: Fixed Mobile Car 150

    1. Reference: Verbal Instruction of PSUPT AQUINO B OLIVER, Acting Chief,


    DLD

    2. Relative to the above subject pleased be informed that the undersigned


    instructed his personnel to bring the Mobile Car 150 to Toyota to fixed and repair the said
    mobile car. And as of this date this mobile car was in good running condition and used by
    this Police Community Precinct in patrolling and responding within its area of
    responsibility.

    3. Likewise, the undersigned instructed his personnel to give proper care and
    maintenance to the Mobile Car and also check its status and condition. Moreover, the
    undersigned reiterated to his personnel that they are responsible and liable to mobile car,
    that’s why they should use it properly and avoid unnecessary act.

    4. Attached herewith are the pictures of Mobile 150
