por parte de los ciudadanos son instrumentos esenciales para la aplicación de medidas
orientadas a la reducción de los niveles de contaminantes presentes en la atmósfera y mejorar
la salud pública.
La contaminación atmosférica es motivo de preocupación ciudadana por su incidencia negativa
