SUBJECT DIVISION TRAINING - WORKSHOP ON

DATE 14 November 2018

This office thru the SGOD Human Resource Development Section will hold a 3-day TRAINING
- WORKSHOP ON FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT on December 5-7,2A18, at a venue which is still to be
determined. The participants to this activity are the non-teaching personnel randomly selected
from the SDO and from the learning centers.

Registration shall be at 7:00 am to 7:45 am and the opening program shall commence at
8:00 am. Th6 first meal to be served will be AM snacks and last meal will be PM snacks.

Food and venue package for all participants on the above-mentioned activity shall be
charged against HRD downloaded funds subject to the usual COA auditing and accounting rules and
regulations.
