SpeedUp Test Solutions Is a Question Generator and Offline

Test Series conductor company which conducts MCQ tests on
various criteria, difficulty level and also generates question
papers on demand for any institute or high school or College
for Class 11th ,12th and Competitive Exams like Railway, Bank,
SSC etc.
This Company falls under single ownership and except Owner
there are Two employees in the company. Owner and
employees prepare the tests manually and then arrange them
for different classes and also manages the students record
associated with them. They provide various packages for
exams like for 1 month, for 2 months, for 6 months, for 12
months on little charge. apart from this they also provide
individual tests so any student (not a part of membership) can
give test after registration. Registration can be done by both
employees and owner.
After an individual student give test they are provided the
answer key only, but the packages registered student provided
not only the answer key but also the Complete analysis of tests
which is Discussed in separate group either by owner or any of
the employees.
This company provides different types of MCQ tests
 Subject Based Test (SBT) (35 Questions)
 Topic Based Test (TBT) (25 Questions)
 Full Mock Test (FMT) (Vary but normally 60 Questions)
Only Owner Keeps details of income and pays salary to both
their employees. Owner has full rights to add new subject,
topics etc. They also Provide Question papers with proper
format on demand of any institute or high school or college.

 Admin : The owner of entire company who

has full access to the each and every section
of company . He can manage the questions,
student’s records, employee details, accounts,
subjects, paper format, reports and access
salary section etc.

 Employee : Employee has restricted access

to the sections of company. They can manage
students’ records, set questions and access
registration section. They Prepare Answer Key
for Tests & Prepare Detailed analysis for
Packages registered students.

 Registration : This section mainly deals

with the enrolment, modification and fee
details of students. Student will be allowed to
give test and judge their result if they will be
permitted either by admin or by employee.
Individual student is also allowed.

 Test : This section deals with the question

paper management, format of questions, time
allowed, management of question bank
,number of questions in different types of tests
and division of tests according to the
packages. Owner can create different Type of
Rules and Regulations for Tests.

 : The Owner of company, who has full

access on all functionalities performed in the
company, performs following functions :-
 Question management :- In this section questions can
be added, stored on question bank, updated, deleted and
searched to combine to form a question paper etc.

 Registration management :- New students can be

registered for test either with or without package option.
 Employee management :- Here employee and details can
be added ,modified, deleted, searched etc.

 Salary management :- Salary details about employee can

be added, modified, viewed, removed in this section.
 Student management :- Records and details of registered
student is managed here.

 Package management :- Different types of packages can

be added, updated, viewed, deleted here.

 Client management :- Details of Clients is maintained in

this section.

 Order-Receipt management :- Payment/ Receiving with

clients is managed here.
 Accounts management :- Whole income of company
(day/month/year wise) & profit/loss & custom income -
expense is maintained here.
 Reports :- Each details can be generated as reports in this
section. Only admin has right to see different types of
reports.

 The workers at company, who has

restricted access on selected sections in company,
perform following functions
 Question management :- In this section questions can
be added, stored on question bank, updated, deleted etc.

 Registration management :- New students can be

registered for test either with or without package option.
 Student management :- Records and details of registered
student is managed here.

 Client management :- Details of Clients is maintained in

this section.

 Order-Receipt management :- Payment/ Receiving with

clients is managed here.
 Accounts management :- Custom income -expense is
maintained here.

 This Department mainly deals with

examination of students, providing solutions and
analysis report according to package options.
 Test management :- In this section enrolled student can
give test according to selected package type or individual
too.

 Package management :- Any type of update in selected

packages , student profile etc can be done here.

 Result management :- Individual student will be

provided answer key but registered student will get
detailed analysis report.

 This department mainly deals with creation,

setup and maintenance of questions paper on
various criteria. New course, subject, chapter can
be added as per requirement. Following functions
falls under this department :-
 Question management :- In this section questions can
be added, stored on question bank, updated, deleted etc.

 Question paper management :- In this section different

types of questions paper is created on random selected
questions from question bank. Each question paper has
unique ID and no questions are repeated in a single
question paper.

 Course management :- It deals with addition of new

course, updation, deletion of existing courses and its
details.

 Subject management :- It deals with addition of new

subject, updation, deletion of existing subject and its
details. Subject per course can be defined here.

 Topic/chapter management :- Topics/Chapters under

subject is defined here and as per requirement new chapter
can be added and managed in this section.

 Test Criteria management :- Rules & regulation, like

number of questions, time limit, sections per paper etc, is
created, modified and removed here.

 Registers(manual) : Registers are used to maintain the data

of students, clients etc. So searching, updation is complex.
 Less user friendly environment : The existing system only
provides text-based interface (word, excel) , which is not as
user-friendly as Graphical user Interface.
 Time consumption : It always take more time to response
since all working is performed manually here. Creating question
papers also take huge time .
 Less flexible : It is less flexible in nature as there is not full
accuracy and speed is also slow here.
 Less reliable : Since working is done manually here so chances
of error is always high.
 No backup & recovery : It does not provide any backup or
recovery method for any kind of accidental damage or for theft
accident etc.
 More expense on staffs : Since all working is done by staffs
so there is more expense.
 Less safety (privacy) : Anyone can access registers and other
sections as there is no any proper security mechanism to
distinguish the access of individuals.
 Improper paper format : Paper generation is not happened
in a proper format as all work is done in word, no any paper
format designing tool is used.
 More handwritten work : Collecting Important questions
from various resources , then add them in question bank and
then select few of them etc are more tedious tasks which leads
to more handwritten task.
 Tough to generate instant result and report card : After
a test it is very tough to generate instant result and for
registered student creating analysis report is also a tough task.
