Apologies:

- Bro. Rey Lisay led the opening prayer.

- Ptr. Ben reviewed the old 2018 Church Monthly Budget.
- Bro. Rene moved that any extra savings will be used only for mission. Seconded by Bro.
Levin
- The scope of Mission shall be transportation, seminar, and evangelism materials.
- The scope of Maintenance shall be electrical, utility, repair of appliances and plumbing.
- Bro. Rey moved to include budget for labor under Building Budget. Seconded by Sis.
Alma.
- Bro. Oliver moved to retain budget for Music and make it accumulative. Seconded by
Bro. Rey
- Bro. Levin moved to retain budget for Office Supplies. Seconded by Bro. Oliver.
- Recreation and Teambuilding are only for servant workers.
- The scope of Miscellaneous includes charity, visitors and BS Outreach in need.
- Sponsorship from other church or organisations shall be brought first to the workers
meeting.
- Bro. Rey suggested that the church should give love-gift to any workers assigned as
speaker in worship services. Ptr. Ben objected, and reasoned out that speaking assignment is
part of their training.
- Bro. mar moved that the church should invite speakers for worship services. Seconded
by Bro. Levin.

- Ptr. Joel closed in a prayer.

- Meeting adjourned at 12:12PM.
