OBJECTIVES: The student should be able to:

 Understand the difference between TTL and CMOS Logic IC
 Implement logic gate and verify functions using actual ICs
 Complete truth table and measure output voltage
 Test Logic IC using the IC Tester

PROCEDURES:
1. Test the logic IC on the Logic Trainer
2. Place the IC on digital trainer kit.
3. Connect Vcc and Ground to respective pins of digital IC.
4. Connect the input to the input switches provided in the trainer kit.
5. Connect the outputs to the switches of O/P LED in the trainer kit.
6. Apply various combinations of inputs according to the truth table and observe the
condition of LEDs and complete the truth table
7. Measure the output voltage readings for various inputs multimeter.
