Online RFP is invited by the Executive Engineer, Public Works Division Allapalli for the following work from Consultants. The name of 
work, estimated cost, bid security, performance security, time limit for completion etc. are as under.

Pre-tender conference open to all prospective tenderers who have downloaded tender form before the date of Pre-tender Conference, 
will be held on 10.8.2018 at 16.00 Hrs. in the office of the Chief Engineer, P.W.Region ,Nagpur. RFP documents can be downloaded from 
the E-Tendering portal of Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra i.e.. http://pwd.maharashtra.etenders.in after entering 
the details, payment of Rs. 1120/- (Rupees One thousands one hundred twenty only) should be paid online using payment gateway. The 
fees of RFP document will be non refundable. Further information regarding the work can be obtained from the above office. Tender 
acceptance is subject to verification of documents uploaded by the bidder. Uploading of any false information or document by the bidder 
will result in rejection of bid and action as may deem fit will be taken by the department against the bidder. A Pre-Bid meeting with the 
willing parties will be held on 10/08/2018 at 16:00 P.M. in the office of Chief Engineer, P.W.Region, Bandhkam Bhavan ,Civil Lines, 
Nagpur 440001 (MS). The bids will be opened in the presence of the prospective parties in the office of Superintending, Engineer, P.W. 
Circle, Bandhkam Bhavan,Mul Road, Gadchiroli 442605 (MS). The date of opening of Technical Bid will be on 18/08/2018 at 16:00 Hrs 
(IST). Financial Bids of Qualified Bidders will be opened on 20/08/18 at 16:00 Hrs (IST).
