 Executive summary
The proposed health care centre of Comilla University is focused on free services for the
students, teachers, administrative people as well as staffs. The health care centre provides
some support expenditure that ensures proper treatment. It provides health education,
prevention and care etc. There are certain problem related with the health care centre includes
lack of awareness, no routine check-up, Unavailability of medicine. Analytical model are used
like verbal and graphical model for conducting the research report. And also formulate some
hypothesis related with the research question. Exploratory research design is undertaken for
conducting the research design. Primary and secondary data are also collected. Data is also
analyzed appropriately.
Objectives of the study: The objectives of the study:
1. To study the efficacy of support expenditure for students quality development.
2. To study the different aspects of health care centre of Comilla University..

Problem Definition
There are some problems related with the health care centre of Comilla University. These are-
Lack of awareness, No routine check-up, Unavailability of medicine, No daycare facilities,
Problem with the opening and closing time with the health care centre. All the problem
definition are well defined in this research study. And also highlights the discussion with the
decision makers and secondary data analysis. Qualitative research is also conducted, and the
factors that were considered.

Approach to the Problem:

For developing an approach to the problem I use a kind of analytical model like verbal model
that provide a written representation of the relationship between variables. Here also used the
graphical model. And formulate a hypotheses related with the research question.

Research question
RQ-01: Are these question enough for creating awareness among people about the health care
centre of comilla University?
H0- It does not create enough awareness.
H1- It creates awareness.
RQ-02: Is there any facilities for routine check-up?
Ho- There is no facilities for routine check-up.
H1- There is facilities for routine check-up.

Research Design:
For conducting the research design I take exploratory research design. The method used for this
research is in-depth interview. The total sample size is 20. And I select sample to collect the
data about the information of health care centre from 20 student of Comilla university area. In
depth interview I use laddering, hidden questioning. This depth-interview helps me to result in
free exchange of information. And it provides to gain an insight and understanding.
Sources of Data:

Data is collected in two parts:

Primary Data Collection:

A survey has been conducted on the measuring awareness of health care centre. I collected
information from Comilla University area, Comilla. Respondents are those who may or may not
take medical facilities and the number is 20.

Data is collect primary data through questionnaire method.

Secondary Data Collection:

I don’t collect any information by using secondary data.

Questionnaire method: Hand-to-hand or face-to-face.

Questionnaire:
A questionnaire has been used to conduct the survey for this research report. It is a formalized
set of question for obtaining information from the students of Comilla University. I tried my
level best in setting up the questions, so that it must translate the information needed into a
set of specific question that the respondents can and will the answer. In the beginning of
questionnaire, I put a respondent section to get the general information of them. In the next
portion of questionnaire, there are 10 direct open-ended questions placed which are very
precise with the health care of Comilla University. There is a sample form of questionnaire is

Data collection/Framework:
For this study, a structured questionnaire was used to collect primary data. To ensure a valid
survey, we organized some group meetings in early March 20, 2017. In the meetings, we
discussed the questions that should appear in the questionnaire. we took into consideration the
people’s understanding and eliminated our professional bias to the questions. For collecting
data at first we divided our group with individual people for collecting some information about
the health care centre of Comilla University.

Data Analysis:
After completing the survey, I started the data preparation for this report. As soon as I received
the questionnaire from the fields I kept all the information. Since, this is an exploratory
research and the data analysis should be done qualitatively. For data analysis, I use a visual
presentation with diagram, chart, analyzed and presented in such a way that the respondent
can understand the idea regarding the health care facilities of Comilla University and easily find
out the advantages and disadvantages of health care centre.

Result of the Study are given Below:

This section is the part of the report and may comprise several things. The result are presented
not only at the aggregate level. The facilitative health care centre of Comilla University can
improve the awareness among the student about the health care system. Health care centre
can provided the facilities to which the students are want to obtain and can get that. The
routine check-up help the student to get the proper treatment.
Conclusion:
Formal healthcare system of Comilla University is not sufficient to meet the demand of the
curative services of health issues in Comilla University. The health care centre provides some
support expenditure that ensures proper treatment. It provides health education, prevention
and care etc. There are certain problem related with the health care centre but the students
hope that those problems will be reduced very soon. And everyone can get a proper treatment
from this health care centre. proper monitoring and health awareness is important to improve the
health care system of comilla University.

Recommendation:
The recommendation part of this project is prepared based on the research findings, the health
care centre of Comilla University can decrease the dissatisfaction of students.

 They can employ some experienced specialist medical officer.

 For routine check-up they can create more facilities.
 Enough medical instrument need to be available.
 Quality of service regarding the health care centre should be improved.
 There need to 24/7 medical facilities.
 Need to improve the health care facilities for disabled and handicapped people.
 Some respondent give a view towards the health care centre-that is, It should be more
integrative and also well-equipped.
