About CSSOS
Unlike Builders/ Developers, and so-called CGHS societies run by private bodies/ groups of individuals, Central
Secretariat officers Society (CSSOS), is a non-profit Welfare Housing Society comprising of Group A working
Govt. officers from various Ministries/ Departments including Home, Finance, Civil Aviation, Delhi Metro, DDA &
Urban Development in its Governing Body who are responsible for policy-making and execution. CSSOS aims to
provide (i) affordable housing with an elite neighborhood ; (ii) Officers' Club, a lifestyle to envy of; and Quality
education with all-round development through its Schools, specifically for the officers/ families/ relatives of
Central/ State Government officers/ officials, Public Sector and Bank employees. Being in-seat officers' society,
CSSOS has got the credibility and integrity making them bound not to default and run away. So rest assured of

About Officers Enclave

Delhi Development Authority (DDA), under MPD-2021, has identified areas in Delhi to be developed under PPP
Model (Approved by Ministry of Urban Development) for the construction of affordable housing. As per the
Policy, Delhi has been divided into 15 zones and all the left out land of around 22,000 hectares in Delhi has to be
converted into residential zone, most prominent of which is L-Zone comprising around 10,000 hectares of land
(25,000 acres) in view of it's being adjacent to Dwarka, Gurgaon and IGI Airport, where DDA has already
constructed Urban Extension Road (UER-II) and planned Diplomatic Enclave, AIIMS II, International Golf Course,
etc. to name a few. CSSOS has launched Officers Enclave exclusively for Central/ State/ Semi-Govt.
officers/ officials professionals of repute. 10-20% Professionals/ business/ Pvt officials are also invited
for membership. For PSUs and Corporate Bookings, there are special plans.

CSSOS has already completed the membership for their project "OFFICERS ENCLAVE - I" and is on the verge of
closing the membership for "OFFICERS ENCLAVE - II". CSSOS has now come up with a special offer for Central
Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
