Introduction

In the following writing. I will explain the steps to implement several communication
strategies within an organization. in an effective way and that has technological
tools. Such as: Social networks, virtual conferences and all the necessary aspects to
facilitate digital and innovative communication.

In many organizations they only deal with the aspect that your company has for
marketing or external advertising issues. (Reputation of the brand).

But nevertheless, the importance that is given to the internal aspects does not
always have the same relevance ( Rafiq M , 2000).

Rafiq, M., & Ahmed, PK (2000). Advances in the internal marketing concept: definition, synthesis and
extension. Journal of services marketing , 14 (6), 449-462.

These communication strategies have an important benefit for companies that have
several branches or departments as specialized areas.
F or example companies with a significant number of workers, sometimes it is
difficult to keep everyone informed and synchronized
in business strategies ( Rafiq M , 2000).

It is essential to create an internal communication plan.

Thus, In the following points I will show the most relevant steps to create a clear
effective communication strategy and with the characteristic that can be included
regardless of the type of company you have ( Patterson, S , 2009).

Patterson, SJ, & Radtke, JM (2009). Strategic communications for nonprofit organizations: Seven
steps to creating a successful plan . John Wiley & Sons .

1- The first point to solve is to show that communication channels are available in the
company. For these days it is essential that we have tools such as the Internet. In the
case of organizationsthat have branches, it is a great advantage to
implement connections . This will allow you to share documents or multimedia files
easily and safely. ( Mohr , J, 1990).

A tool for internal communication will develop social skills within the organization. According to
telecommunications developers like Cisco. Internal communication tools as they
are; IP Telephones , Teleconferencing Screens, Cable & Wireless. All these advantages help create
collaboration between all teams. People take the opportunity to share, evaluate and give their
opinions. Managers communicate and respond to research points. Being able to measure
effectiveness through connections or why not votes and surveys.

2- From the first analysis we must make a feedback of what are the objectives of the
company. What points we have flaws and how to improve those points for the benefit
of internal communication ( Mohr , J, 1990).

Feedback is a fundamental point for an organization to achieve its goals. Also for
management to show that it has leadership.
The communication options must have the same capacity regardless of the level of
rank in the company. It is important to understand and understand the different
points of view Allio , RJ (2004)

redesign your board of directors - an interview with Jay

3- You have to implement audiences . E n these communication channels have to

achieve aboveinvolve each of the departments and employees were used.

Mohr, J., & Nevin , JR (1990). Communication strategies in marketing channels: A theoretical
perspective. TheJournal of Marketing , 36-51.

In order to guarantee the connectivity of all the organizations of the company, there must be
continuous communication with the employees. This communication must be guaranteed
within a framework of trust and credibility so that all the collaborators commit themselves
with their effort and the company manages to involve them satisfactorily.

4- Role of the address.

Organizations usually generate resistance when a change is evident. Or the

implementation of a solution. This is generated by the difference in power that exists
between the different positions of the company. We know that traditional companies
usually communicate information to top managers and these in turn replicate the
information to their subordinates. However, this action is not effective enough. It
leads to misinformation and does not involve middle and lower positions.

The solution to this is to send the information directly to the employees without
having intermediaries. Implementing the tools we have, such as corporate emails,
chat on the corporate website, social networks.

All these solutions are incredibly powerful and effective. Must take into account. that
not all employees have a level of knowledge about technologies. Therefore, it is
essential to generate training that generates the same level of knowledge in all
employees.

5 - times in the organization are equivalent to money. For this reason, delivery times
must be set for project execution. This responsibility may fall on the management.

6- Monitoring and measurement.

we need to measure the evolution to Through time to notice when something is

wrong. Monitoring in communication processes must be at the same capacity as
these communication channels.

7 - how to keep motivated the members of these departments in the aspects of

communication?

The answer may be with recognition incentives . Giving value to the work
done. Posting when innovative ideas are made so that others can be encouraged to
contribute to the organization. And no less important is the issue of promotion. That
will always be the best incentive for each of the employees.

8-competitions
Another issue that involves motivation. Healthy competition will grow the skills and
abilities of each worker. That finally are those that manage to improve the work
environment of a company.
