VISION STATEMENT

In line with the stylish Claretian community, CLIP IT-ZIP IT-LOCK IT: ALL-IN-ONE

ORGANIZER envisions a contented community that are stylish and finds it convenient and

comfortable when it comes in arranging and organizing the customers’ supplies and things with

the help of our briefcase.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of our group is to create a product that carries the customer’s things

conveniently and at the same time, we provide a stylish one that makes the customer be in trend

and offer them no doubt when buying our product. We also wanted to have quality products that

would result as an efficient organizer for the needs of the student that would answer their wishes

when it comes in putting their school supplies all in one.

APPENIDCES AND MILESTONES

In our business plan, we decided to come up with a briefcase with a twist that would

make it attractive for students that is actually our target customer. We called it as a Clip It-Zip It-

Lock It: All-in-one Organizer, since our main product is a briefcase, we have thought of making

it different from others which results us to add it with an organizer inside that allows the students

to carry their stuff all at once. To add, we plan it to be as fashionable and become a trendy one.

Using our technique, we will be able to attract the student’s eyes and othercustomers and make

them visit our stall. Also, aside from contributing the money to make this possible, we have

thought of a help from people who are knowledgeable regarding this discussion.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

The product that the young entrepreneurs have is the CLIP-IT-ZIP-IT-LOCK-IT a

briefcase/organizer/clipboard. In order for the entrepreneurs to handle their competitors, the

product has all that a business person/student needs for an organizer. The product would also
have a stylish faux leather design which is not only environmentally friendly but also stylish to

the eyes of the masses.

In our organization, we have assigned a task to each of us for the business to run smoothly.

The head of the group will facilitate and orient the group about the product. Under the head are

the members of the group which are categorized into Logistics, Financial, and Technical. Under

Logistics is assigned to organize plans and the flow of the business. Under Financial is assigned

to manage the funds and expenditures, the cash inflows and outflows of the business, and the

overall financial transactions. Under Technical is assigned to do the operations of the business,

she will be the one who will check the quality of the product before it is going to the head.

INSUDTRY BACKGROUND

The business that we are pursuing is the clipboard with organizer briefcase which belongs

the manufacturing industry. The business is located inside the claret school campus, so the

customers will be the Claretian community- students, teachers, employees, and visitors for the

day of business product exhibit. Our business is in the manufacturing industry because it
involves school supply production that sells modern clipboard organizer briefcase with stylish

and smart design. The young entrepreneurs together with their business do not have any

competitor within the industry.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

The product of our group which is the organizer briefcase that will be exhibited in the

Claret Gymnasium together with the different products that are made by the different groups in

grade 12. This business will be using good quality materials that can make the product which is
the organizer briefcase long-lasting. In connection to the different trends, we will add

fashionable designs that would in the briefcase. We will assure that the product will be in

affordable price and we also assure that the product will be useful for the students to have an

organize things in getting to school.

MARKETING PLAN

A company’s marketing strategy is one of the main factors that would dictate the course

of a certain business. A well planned marketing plan will be able to help a company reach their

target customers, and appeal much better to their target customers. So, the groups of

entrepreneurs have planned the following:

 Create a Facebook page, and post about the information about the product. The page will

also be including contact information for queries.

 Create an Instagram account, where photos and information about the product will be

posted.

 Distribute flyers that contain the photo, and information about the product.

 Post posters that contain the photos, and information about the product.

The entrepreneurs have these planned out, because Facebook, and Instagram are a form of

media that receive a lot of user traffic, and this would contribute to a much better accessibility or

reach to our product.

The entrepreneurs will also be distributing flyers, and posting posters to have a much

larger scope of reach to our target customers.

OPERATIONS PLAN

The product will be produced by using the different equipment such as hammer, sand

paper, saw, and etcetera and it will be created by us. First, we will prepare the needed materials

to create the said product. After that, we will create the product with the help of the different

equipment and with our group members. The rest of the members will encourage the students to

see the product that the members made.


EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The group of entrepreneurs of Grade 12 STEM A came up with the idea of producing an

All – In – One – Briefcase – Organizer to help students of Claret School of Zamboanga City

carry their school things more conveniently and in a much stylish way. The product has been

chosen to be produced by the group of entrepreneurs from 12 STEM A to answer to the demand

and need of students. The product will be containing an organizer in it, it will also be containing

a clipboard, etc.

Furthermore, the marketing strategy of the entrepreneurs is to make use of Social Media

platforms, distribution of flyers, and posting of posters.

Finally, since the market exhibit fair will be at Claret School of Zamboanga City Campus

the group of entrepreneurs will be setting up a stall where they will be able to showcase and sell

their products.
