Woman : The Singapore Flyer is a giant Ferris wheel in Singapore. Described by its
operators as an observation wheel, it opened in 2008, construction having

The Environment and Forestry Ministry suspects the recent killing of a tame elephant
in East Aceh was masterminded by an organized crime group.
Bunta, a 27-year-old male elephant from Conservation Response Unit Serbajadi in
Bunin village, Serbajadi district, East Aceh, was found dead last month. One of its tusks had
been removed, and the elephant was believed to have died of intentional poisoning.
The ministry's biodiversity conservation director, Indra Exploitasia said that the
ministry and the police were determined to find all perpetrators behind the killing. They were
developing the investigation to look for a possible criminal network in the case.
The police have arrested two suspects in the case, who are both residents of villages
surrounding the Conservation Response Unit. The police have also found the missing tusk.
“But there are still two other names that we are still pursuing. Hopefully, both will be
arrested soon,” said East Aceh Police chief detective Adj. Comr. Erwin S. Wilogo.

Hundreds of hectares of potato fields in Dieng, Banjarnegara regency, Central Java, were
covered in hail on Friday.
Residents said the temperature had dropped to -5 degrees Celsius early on Friday

Slamet Raharjo, the village head of Dieng Kulon in Batur district, said the hail would

The rabbit got to the halfway point and could not see the turtle anywhere. He was hot

Breksi Cliffs is one of the tourism spots in Yogyakarta. It is located in Sambirejo Village,

Kids surround themselves with social media and electronics. Schools should not allow
social media during school hours, due to the fact of bullying, self-esteem, and the distraction.
Bullying in schools can be verbal and cyber, having social media in schools can allow
cyber bullying to increase making others feel bad.
Banning social media or even phones from schools would allow students to feel safe
for a period of time, and could potentially do a lot for some situations.
I believe schools should ban social media and/or phones from schools due to reasons
above. Social media should be a privilege.

I'd like to welcome all of you to what is, the most unusual course offered by the
biology department-the Ecology of Coral Reefs which is unique for the research methods. We
don't just collect data from the library but we’ll go to Virgin Islands to do field studies.
To prepare you for this trip, we'll first do some formal classroom work in biology.
We'll also practice scuba diving and to learn the basics of underwater photography. And we'll
be talking about precautions you must take to avoid damaging the reef. A coral reef is a very

Vanessa Faye Mitchell was born and raised in a traditional household in Purvis,
Mississippi. Her mother is a registered nurse and her father is a federal technician at Champ

Vanessa attended Puvis High School where she tried to participate actively in
extracurricular. She was a member of the Spanish Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Science Club, Purvis
Pizzaz, and Beta Club. She was the captain of the Color Guard and Winter Guard both her
junior and senior years, and she was elected as Most Outstanding Winter Guard Member in
2008.
Vanessa has received numerous academic awards, and she was elected as Most
Positive Attitude in 2010. Then she became a member of Phi Theta Kappa, and she was named
on the Dean’s List for PRCC. She is currently a tutor and peer mentor for PRCC.
Vanessa who wants to be a Certified Public Accountant has always been very dedicated
and hardworking.

Tana Toraja is the home of the Toraja people. It is safely protected beyond the lofty
mountains and rugged granite cliffs of the central highlands of the island of Sulawesi.
'Discovered' and opened to the world from their long isolation only since the beginning of the
last century, the Toraja today still adhere to their age-old beliefs, rituals and traditions,
although many people are modernized or have embraced Christianity.
The nobility of Toraja are believed to be descendants of heavenly beings who came
down by a heavenly stairway to live here on earth in this beautiful landscape. To keep up the
energy of the land and its people, the Toraja people believe that these must be sustained
through rituals that celebrate both life and death. Tourists to Toraja, therefore, are attracted
