NOTICE - 36/2015

This is for information of all concerned students that, following is the link for online registration of various non-
credit based extra-cunicular SA courses:

All first and second year students are advised to register through this online portal. For registration, students have
to login through their lnstitute webmail credentials and the link will be opened from Sttt August, 2015, 1:00 PM to
6th August, 2015,5:00 PM,

Guidelines to be followed by the students lor registering SA courses are as follows:

o Each student has to choose and complete one course in each semester of first two years (course details are
given as Annexure-1).

. Since the maximum number of students is restricted in each course, the registration shall be based on first
come first serve basis. However, for NSO courses, Sports Office will select the number of students for a
particular event through selection. The non-selected students for a particular sports of choice may have to opt
for NCC or another sports.

. From the current academic year (2015-2016) onward, there will NOT be any Summer Term Courses for
SA101, SA102, SM01, SM02 and NCC/NSO/COS. So, those students having backlog in these courses
should complete it during subsequent regular semesters.
o All B,Tech and B. Des students must complete the SA courses by sixth semester. They will not be permitted
to register for seventh semester, with any backlog in SA Courses. Students failing to clear SA courses in first
attempt may not be considered for medal even if otherwise qualified through CPI earned in credit courses.
