• Mental symptoms causes Vata Aggravation • High Activity (vata aggravation)
and Vata Aggravation increases those mental --> high burning (pitta aggravation)
symptoms --> Burn Out (vata aggravation)
It is a vicious cycle. Such Continuous Cycles lead to irrecoverable
situations.
