3. Then, write a report on why you feel the characters in the movie are great leaders
and all the leadership practices he/she applied to lead others.
4. Finally, students are required to make their conclusion regarding to the overall
assignment.

Your video presentation:
1) Must be a digital video.
2) You are allowed to use any source of recording eg: video camera, digital camera, and
smart phones.
4) The content of your video presentation must have all the leadership activities.
5) Original content. Aim to create your own resources. That means using your own
drawings, pictures, music, animations, filmed scenes, and interviews.
6) Title slide: Your video should begin with a descriptive title, your name(s), the name
of the school, and the year in which it was created.
6) Length: Your video should be 4–7 minutes in length, plus time for a “credit roll” to
show your references.
7) File format: Your video must be submitted in one of the following file formats: .mov,
.mv4, mp4, wmv. Note that these are rendered movies, that is, files that will play on
someone else’s computer. Be sure to test your finished product ahead of the deadline.
8) Your video must be copied in ONE (1) CD and insert in the assignment and must
submit before the deadline.

2. INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT (20 marks)
Please find an example of TWO (2) person in the real life you feel is a great leader. Then
write an essay on why you feel that person is a great leader and what principles he/she
applies to manage others. Please give your evaluation of this person as a leader. Give a
summary of this leader's contribution to the success of the organization/nation/people.
The essay should be within 2500 - 3000 words.
Instructions:
The report should be written with double spacing, Times New Roman, 12-point font and
should have:
- Page number
- Table of content
- References
