Flow, Bank Reconciliation statements
 Analyzing cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget
 Develop and Maintain financial accounting system for cash management, accounts
payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash
 Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded,
amortized and disposed as appropriate
 Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare annual budget in
consultation with Management
 Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, department budgets
and to plan, develop, direct, control and analyze all accounting and financial
statements, reports, special analysis, and information reports so as to review
operational issues impacting the company and to pinpoint the weak areas
 Ensure the timely reporting and payments of all taxes
 Any other tasks required or assigned by Management
