Connection – Disconnection
1. Connection
Start the power pack
Line up 2 trailers
Put both trailers on the same level using jacking system

Attach the trailers together. Any hydraulic hose should be disconnected during
this operation.
Put the selector valve of the trailer connected to power pack in jacking
position.
Open the valves on the lines of fastening jacks. Open the pressure control valve
of fastening jacks.

Fasten 2 multi wheels with the jacks, put jacks in the straight position and
tighten the multi wheels.
Adjust the level of multi wheels.
Stop the power pack
Put and tighten bolts.

Release all the pressure in both multi wheels, using jacking and steering
controls. To do it you need to put the trailer in the lower position using
jacking controls. It will transfer all the oil from the system to the oil tank.
Disconnect hydraulic hoses. No tools necessary to connect and disconnect hoses.
All connections should be tighten by hands.

Connect the hydraulic hoses of jacking line, following the configuration

(crossover or strait) – 2 hoses on each side

Connect the steering line. Only straight connection is possible (pressure line
with pressure line and return line with return line) – 2 hoses on each side and
2 hoses in the middle of the trailer = 6hoses.
Put in place the hose between the hydraulic tanks – 1 hose in the middle of the
trailers

Put the pneumatic hoses of the brake system – 2 hoses

Check position of the hoses and tightening of the couplings. All couplings must
be tighten correctly. If one of them is not tighten the hydraulic system will
not work.
Put jacking valves in necessary position according to the configuration shown on
the scheme. Close the valves displayed as closed on the scheme first and when
open the valves displayed as open.
Put steering valves in necessary position according the configuration schema.
Check the position of the valves
Start the power pack.
Test the hydraulic system.
Check hydraulic connections for leaks.
Check pneumatic connections for leaks.

2. Disconnection
Level up the trailer.
Release the pressure from the hydraulic system opening jacking controls.
Remove connection bolts
Remove all the pneumatic hoses = 2 units.

Remove all hydraulic hoses. No tools necessary to connect and disconnect hoses.
All connections should be untighten by hands.
Remove hoses of jacking line – 2 hoses on each side = 4
Remove hoses of steering line – 2 hoses on each side + 2 in the middle = 6
Remove hose between the hydraulic tanks – 1 hose in the middle
Total: 11
Connect jacking lines of each trailer – 1 hose on each side = 4 hoses for 2
trailers.

Check position of the hoses and tightening of the couplings.

Put jacking valves of both trailers in necessary position according to the
configuration scheme.
Close the valves displayed as closed on the scheme first and when open the
valves displayed as open.
Check the position of the valves
Start the power pack
Disassemble trailers pushing with fastening jacks first and separate them
completely using the tractor.
To use fastening jacks:
Put the selector valve of the trailer connected to power pack in jacking
position.
Open the valves on the lines of fastening jack. Open the pressure control valve
of fastening jacks.
